Industrial Ecosystem

Control to Bus to Actuator. Proprietary protocol.

WellBUS is DECOWELL's proprietary industrial ecosystem - from Control to Bus to Actuator. Full-chain automation for logistics, semiconductor, and EV manufacturing.

Industrial Ecosystem
Quick answer

Use WellBUS only after defining the complete control-to-node-to-actuator topology, node count, cable routing, power segmentation, cycle requirement and integration boundary with the host PLC/WMS. The ecosystem decision should be validated as a system, not by selecting isolated modules.

Best suited for

  • Logistics and conveyor layouts that benefit from distributed wiring and coordinated nodes
  • Projects with an approved WellBUS topology and commissioning plan

Not recommended for

  • Projects requiring an open protocol at every field connection without an approved gateway boundary
  • Layouts whose node count, cable length or power distribution remain undefined

Selection steps

  1. Draw the physical topology — Place controller, nodes, actuators, power feeds and service points on the actual machine layout.
  2. Budget nodes and power — Confirm supported node counts and segment loads against the WellBUS guide.
  3. Define host integration — Document the PLC/WMS data boundary, diagnostics and recovery behavior.
  4. Plan commissioning — Freeze configuration-tool version, addressing method and acceptance tests before site work.
